We know that medical transportation can be unpredictable. Appointments do not always finish at the time stated and wait times can be a problem. To counter this we use a state of the art scheduling system which allows us to predict load times and assign changes to calls in real real time to ensure that we are on time, and that any wait is minimized.

An area that we believe sets us apart is that we electronically schedule in real time and that is communicated to all our drivers. Our system has been custom developed specifically for the needs of non emergency medical transportation. This allows us to track all aspects of each journey live in real time from pick-up to safe conclusion and the ability to review historical calls.
For larger commissioners of transportation we can integrate directly into their commissioning systems to accept calls downloaded electronically.
